George III Mahogany Partners Desk

An impressive George III mahogany partners desk. The desk stylistically has strong resemblance to plate LXXXl in ‘Chippendales Director’.

The trefoil corners to the rectangular tooled leather top translate down to the plinth incorporating large shaped graduating drawers, surrounding a kneehole. The frieze is centred by two short and one long pen drawer and a further two small drawers sit to each side.
