George III 18th Century Compact Mahogany Bachelors Chest with Brushing Slide

The moulded mahogany top sits above a scratch moulded brushing slide over four oak lined graduated cock-beaded drawers retaining original gilt brass swan neck handles and locks, raised on original bracket feet.

A lovely and original example from the Chippendale period. Measure: 30″.

Condition

Good. Wear consistent with age and use. The chest retains original hardware, feet and locks.
