18th Century George III Mahogany Linen Press with Scrolling Pediment

An accomplished three-part Georgian linen press retaining all of its original features from the Chippendale period, circa 1770-1790.

Surmounted by what is known as a scrolled broken pediment over a pair of inlaid flame mahogany panelled doors enclosing the original linen trays, above three graduating drawers raised on bracket feet.

This is a lovely original example from the Chippendale perio

Condition

Good. Wear consistent with age and use.
