The William and Mary Late 17th Century Olive Oyster Chest, Circa 1690

The highly intricate olive oyster holly banded inlaid moulded top sits above two short and three long graduating drawers, each beautifully lined in oak, book-matched in large oysters of olive and banded in holly. Similarly, the sides are banded in holly and oystered. Raised on an ogee base and bun feet.

Superb colour and well patinated surfaces throughout.

Condition

Good. Wear consistent with age and use.
